Who we are

The Mars Font Library is operated by Straight Forward Design on behalf of Mars, Inc. For privacy queries contact marsfonts@straightforward.design.

What we collect

• Account details you provide when you request and are granted access (name, email), managed through our authentication provider.
• Usage agreement acceptance — a record that you accepted the Usage Rights, with a timestamp.
• Font requests you submit through the tool (the brand, your chosen settings, your preferred name and notes).

Why we collect it

To give authorised Mars agencies and brand managers access to the library, to fulfil the font requests you make, and to keep a record of usage-rights acceptance.

How long we keep it

We retain font-request records and usage-agreement records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet our obligations. Specific retention periods to be confirmed.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise them, contact us at the address above.

Sub-processors

We use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, and email delivery. A full list to be confirmed.
